If you are not receiving emails this could be due to many different reasons. To make sure this is not an issue with your used settings, consider going to this page http://www.intodns.com and check your Domain's MX record value there.
In "MX Records" value you should see mx1.hostinger.com. If you see a different value, you need to change it in your website's Control Panel, in the Edit MX Record menu. You can easily reset your MX records to defaults and everything should start working again in the next 24 hours.
